To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

All Desear cookware includes a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects or damage present at the time you receive your product.
If your cookware arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
